Risk of loss: Shipping
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that iM Video Transfer does not provide any shipment-related services for either the Materials or Digitized Materials to or from its offices. Consequently, any services procured from iM Video Transfer are always governed by a shipment contract. This essentially means that the risk of loss for your Materials is transferred to iM Video Transfer only when the Materials arrive at our offices. Conversely, the risk of loss is transferred back to you when we deliver your Materials and/or Digitized Materials to the shipping carrier, which may be FedEx, USPS, or another common carrier.
We would like to remind you that by shipping any media to iM Video Transfer , you acknowledge that we are not accountable for any late, lost, damaged, or misdirected mail. We take every measure to ensure that your materials are handled with utmost care and attention. Still, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the shipment process.

Return policy
At iM Video Transfer , we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with the products we deliver. To this end, we take all necessary measures to address any issues that may arise. However, we would like to remind our customers that the final quality of a videotape or film transfer cannot be guaranteed due to the age of the material, unknown storage conditions, and unforeseen prior damage to the original material.
We offer a return policy that allows our customers to return a product within thirty (30) days of its completion. Please note that an order is considered complete (and the thirty-day window starts) from the date iM Video Transfer hands the product to the shipping carrier for shipment to you. We may, at our sole discretion, accept returns beyond the thirty-day window. If you believe you are entitled to a return even though the thirty-day period has elapsed, please contact us to let us know.
In some cases, materials may arrive at our offices in an unplayable or defective condition. If this happens, we will provide a review of the materials, a re-transfer of the materials, or pay for the shipping to return the materials to you (as conditions allow). We do not charge any additional fees for review, return shipment, or re-transfers.
If materials are not transferrable due to age, fragility, format, damage, or any other condition for which we are not responsible, we will return your original materials. However, please note that in this case, iM Video Transfer does not cover the cost of shipping a return order back to our facilities.
